What is We Love You Food? 

We Love You Food is a nationwide fresh meals preparation and delivery company offering a range of packages that provide up to 5 meals a day and 7 days a week including breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

How do I get started?

It’s easy! Select your package and the number of meals per week you’d like, choose your first delivery day, and then select your meals and we’ll do the rest! 

How soon can I start? 

Straight away! We deliver on Wednesday, and Sunday. When you place your order you’ll be able to pick a first delivery date to suit you.

Where are my meals made, and who by? 

Your meals will be made in Manchester in our Nourish Fit Food Kitchen. Our expert chefs will be passionately cooking your meals using fresh ingredients. 

Who decides which meals I receive? 

You do! Our menus are full of variety, designed by our nutritional experts and prepared by our trained chefs. You can change your meal selection as often as each week – so you can keep your meal choices varied and exciting! 

Are my meals fresh or frozen? 

Your meals are always made and sent fresh, never frozen. 

How long will my meals last for? 

We recommend that your meals will last 5 days from the day of delivery, however they have been known to last longer.

Do you accommodate specific allergies or intolerances? 

Any allergens are highlighted in the ingredients on the website. If there is an allergen that is not listed then just send us a message and we can let you know if the dish contains it. 

Do you cater to Halal 

We can offer Halal meat, please email us for more information. 

Can meals be eaten cold without re-heating? 

Yes, all of our meals are cooked already so they can all technically be eaten cold, although for optimum taste we recommend they are heated. 

Can I heat my meal in an oven? 

Yes, but the plastic containers your meals arrive in are not oven proof. Please transfer your meal into an oven proof dish before placing in the oven. 

What are my meals delivered in? 

Your meals will arrive in microwavable plastic containers, which are recyclable. The containers are leak proof and designed for storing food. They will arrive in our branded box with a chilled liner and ice packs to keep your meals cool and fresh. 

Where do you deliver to? 

We deliver to mainland UK, apart from some remote areas of the Scottish highlands. 

Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?

Meals are delivered by DPD Logistics. In order to make sure your meals arrive fresh they have to be delivered on the day specified and won’t be available for collection from their local depot if you do miss the delivery. If you think you may be out on a delivery day then you can specify a safe place for the DPD delivery driver to leave your package – whether near the back door, with the concierge or in the garage, just let us know and that’s where they’ll be left. 

How do I change my delivery address? 

You can do this by logging in to the “My Account” section of our website. 

What if I am away? 

Not a problem. If you are going to be away on one of your delivery days then you can put your subscription on pause until you’re back. Login to your account to do this. Our meals will last for 4 days when refrigerated and up to 8 weeks when frozen on day of delivery. 

I’m going on holiday, what do I do? 

You can pause your subscription for 1-3 weeks. Simply login to the “My Account” section of our website to do this. 

Do you deliver at weekends? 

Yes, we have delivery options available on Sundays. 

How much will it cost me? 

The price is completely dependent on how many meals per day you order. It all depends on if you order meals for 5 days or 7 days per week, and how many meals per day. Whilst making your order there is a price calculator which will show you how much you will be charged. 

When will my plan be delivered? 

DPD will deliver your meals on your 2 chosen days each week between 8am-8pm. You can get updates on your delivery by logging into the “My account” section on our website. 

What if I miss my delivery? 

When placing your order please ensure you enter a valid address and safe place for the delivery. If nobody is available to receive your Nourish Fit Food package it will be left in your designated safe place. 

Do you offer a vegetarian plan? 

We have a list of all vegetarian meals, so you can choose to have a fully vegetarian package, if you wish. 

When will payments be taken? 

Your first payment will be taken when you place your initial order. Payments for subsequents weeks will be taken on the Thursday if your start day is a Sunday or on Sundays if your start day is Wednesday. 

How do I cancel my plan? 

Cancelling your plan is simple, just log into your account and within the subscriptions section, click the cancel button. No further payments will be taken for your weekly subscription and any orders and deliveries that are in progress will still be completed. Please be aware that once a payment has been taken you will not be able to cancel this delivery and we will be unable to authorise a refund. 

Can I change the meals on my subscription? 

Yes you can change your meals each week. As long as your meals are selected before payment is taken for the upcoming week they will be active.
